If you want to change your password,
On that page, the second section, labeled "Login Information", contains your user name and password.
If you want to change your password, you can do so by deleting the current text that's in the password fields and typing in a new password. Remember that you need to enter your password in both fields for the change to be effective.
If you'd like, you can also select a different security question and enter a new answer in the fields marked "Security Question" and "Answer", respectively.

Because many of the services we offer are available only to licensed US health care professionals, registering on the site and providing the appropriate licensing information allows us to verify that you are a qualified health care professional. We can then grant you access to these services and resources.
