At Merck, we realize that some patients who need specific prescription medications may not be able to afford them and do not have access to them through insurance coverage.
The Merck Patient Assistance Program is a private and confidential program that provides medicine free of charge for up to 1 year to eligible individuals who do not have prescription drug coverage and who, without this assistance, could not afford needed Merck medicines.
The Merck Patient Assistance Program has been making Merck medicines available to qualified patients in need for almost 50 years. We are pleased to inform you that recent enhancements will extend the program to more people than ever before.

Merck's Worldwide Product Safety & Epidemiology department has been operating a Pregnancy Registry Program since 1995. Pregnancy registries are prospective active data collection systems that can facilitate the early detection of teratogenicity and other serious adverse experiences in patients who inadvertently or purposefully use a drug during pregnancy. Useful information about the outcome of exposure in pregnancy can best be obtained by the careful collection and analysis of post-marketing surveillance data. Reports of the aggregate data in each Registry are updated annually and are available to US health care providers upon request. (In countries outside of the United States, information is available through the local Merck subsidiary).
We are always interested in hearing your feedback about the site and your suggestions for making improvements. You can send us your suggestions in 2 ways:
